Dr. Derick Jiwan has been actively working on start-ups and investor alliances for 10 years with experience in the US, EU, and Indian markets. He has experience as a co-founder, board advisor, and mentor for companies at seed and series A stage. He helped start-ups by conducting due diligence on the technology, technology-market fit market research, and competitor analysis. He serves as a Venture Fellow with Propellant Ventures, where he assists with research and due diligence on prospective portfolio company investments. Derick is also a mentor at Founder Institute (Chicago node), Rockstart (Netherlands), and Wageningen University & Research (Netherlands). Currently, Derick is a Sr. Program Manager with focus on delivering products from ideation to launch.
